Gîte de Rayssac

Overlooking the Pays d'Agout, there's something enchanting about this house. L'Éden might worry about having its reputation stolen, but the Holiday cottage at Rayssac is a little paradise in its own right.

Imagine sitting on your terrace, overlooking the rolling Countryside, with only the horses to greet you as the sun rises. After all, isn't that what vacations are all about?
The pretty medieval village of Lautrec is just 6km away. For nature lovers, there are plenty of Hiking trails to choose from.

This half-timbered house, clad in stone and wood, is completely independent. The road leading up to the Holiday cottage serves only the owners' house below, and after a few trees and two bends, you'll see the Holiday cottage 300 m further up.

- Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher...
Laundry room with washing machine.
- Living room with TV, sofa, board games and wood-burning stove for evenings by the fire.
- Ground-floor bedroom with 160x200cm bed. Accessible to people with reduced mobility, with a shower room opening onto the bedroom, empty space under the washbasin and separate toilet with grab bar.

First floor:
- Bedroom with two single beds 90x190cm
- Bedroom with 160x200cm bed
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet

Outside: approx. 5 ha of fields surround the Holiday cottage, pastureland for the owners' horses and further afield, arable fields. In front of the terrace, access to the swimming pool, semi-buried with flat bottom, open from May to September (weather permitting).
Above the Holiday cottage, an old building houses the barbecue, opposite the pétanque court.

HORSE RIDING: the owners are horse-riders and welcome horses. If you come with your horse, you will be welcome to share the pastures in front of the Holiday cottage (no stalls available).
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included.
