Surrounded by rivers, footpaths and picturesque villages, this spacious Holiday cottage is the perfect place to explore the Tarn.

In the northeastern part of the Tarn, not far from Albi and its famous Cité Épiscopale—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—the village of Sérénac offers a rural, rolling landscape. Set out to explore the banks of the Tarn, the charming villages of the Ségala region such as Ambialet, or enjoy the many hiking trails that crisscross the region.
It is in this peaceful setting that you’ll find this spacious family-friendly holiday cottage, attached to the owners’ home.

The ground floor is organized around a well-equipped separate kitchen, featuring a bar area and access to a laundry room.
Up two or three steps are two bedrooms:
- one with a 140x190 bed
- the other with four beds 90x190, ideal for kids
There is also a bathroom and two separate toilets.
The centerpiece is the spacious dining room, designed for socializing with a fireplace (firewood provided), a large family table, a pool table, a foosball table, and a television—perfect for sharing cozy moments, no matter your plans or the weather.

Upstairs, the sleeping area continues with three family bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a toilet:
- one with a 140x190 bed and two beds 90x190
- one with 2 140x190 beds and 1 Bed 90x190
- one with a 140x190 bed and a Bed 90x190
A sitting area on the landing provides a quiet spot to read or relax.
Fans are available.

Outside, the holiday cottage opens onto a large shaded terrace equipped with a long table. A barbecue and a plancha are available for grilling. The garden features a private Piscine (8x4m, depth 1.40m), secured by a fence and surrounded by sun loungers and a small garden furniture set. A hammock is set up in the shade for peaceful naps, and kids can enjoy a play area with a swing, slide, and trampoline.
A pétanque court and a ping-pong table round out the outdoor amenities. Finally, you’ll come across sculptures created by Christian, the owner of the property—a subtle artistic touch that gives the holiday cottage a unique character.
