Large, detached house, located near the owners’ home with no direct neighbors across the way.

On the ground floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Tassimo® pod coffee maker, juicer, raclette machine, dishwasher, and American-style refrigerator
- Dining room with fireplace
* From the dining room, access to a covered terrace
- Living room in the former stable featuring an antique feeding trough. Sofas and a smart TV connected to Orange TV
* Above the living room, access to the billiards room via a spiral staircase with Japanese-style steps
- Gaming room with foosball table, sofa, various kids’ games, books, and changing table
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, separate toilet, and shower
* Access to the second covered outdoor terrace with patio furniture, a table, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and a plancha grill.

On the first floor of the house:
* 1 separate toilet and a small reading nook on the landing
* One bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed
* Two bedrooms with 160x200cm beds, each with its own private bathroom (shower and sink)
* The fourth bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together (90x200 cm)
* A bathroom with two sinks and a large walk-in shower

On the second floor:
* 1 separate toilet
* Large master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and its own private bathroom + a 70cm kids’ bed
* The Kids’ suite in the attic with 4 90x200cm beds, all of which can be pushed together
* Bathroom with a large shower and sink

Outdoor areas: large garden, two terraces, a ping-pong table, darts, and a pétanque court next to the Piscine
