In the heart of a deeply wooded region where plateaus and steep-sided valleys follow one another, you'll discover the unspoilt Dadou Valley, perfect for Hiking, Fishing or Forest walks. Just fifteen minutes away, the Royal Bastide of Réalmont tells the story of seven centuries of history, while Albi opens its World Heritage Episcopal City to you. In summer, when the heat settles on the City, you'll appreciate the cooler atmosphere here, ideal for recharging your batteries.

The completely independent Holiday cottage is located close to Lake Bancalié and the peaceful village of Saint-Antonin-de-Lacalm. From the moment you arrive, you'll enjoy a vast outdoor space with garden, veranda, summer lounge and ping-pong table. A major attraction is the private indoor swimming pool (8x5 m, 1.5 m deep), where you can swim and relax from July to September, weather permitting.

On the first floor, the house features a cosy living room with sofas and wood-burning stove (wood not supplied), a convivial dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the veranda and Piscine. A WC completes this level.

Upstairs, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: twin beds, private bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC
- Bedroom 2: bed 140x190 cm, private bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC
- Bedroom 3: two twin beds
- Bedroom 4: two single beds 90x190 cm
A bathroom with WC is also available on this floor.

Bathroom linen is provided, while sheets and end-of-stay cleaning are available at extra cost. The TV is for DVD playback only. Between November 1 and May 1, a supplement for electricity and wood for the stove is payable directly to the owner.
