A small hamlet in the Tarn valley.

Adjoining another house on one side (not overlooked), it benefits from a 500m² private fenced garden, a covered terrace where you can enjoy lunch, and another terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.

Access to the Holiday cottage is via an outside staircase, either from the front or from the garden, as the house is situated above a garage and basement, below the road. A canoe is at your disposal, as is the garage if you wish to store your car. Green Up socket for electric car.

The Holiday cottage comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen (central island, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, kettle and filter coffee maker) and sitting area with TV, DVD player and sofa bed for 2 extra people. Wifi internet access. Air-conditioning.

- A second bedroom with a single 90x190cm bed and a twin-size Bunk beds.
- A shower room with shower and sink, and an independently-closable toilet.

The Holiday cottage is located in a small hamlet, "La Condomine", in the Tarn valley, on the banks of the river (50 m, swimming possible), about twenty minutes from Albi. Enjoy the freshness of the valley, the banks of the Tarn, and a warm welcome for fishermen!

Just two minutes from the Petite Cité de Caractère d'Ambialet, famous for the impressive meander of the river Tarn (over 3km long). In and around the village: Swimming, Fishing, pétanque, tennis, canoeing, Hiking, local markets, grocery store, son et lumière every Thursday, café concert.

Ideally located near the major sites of the Tarn and Aveyron départements: Albi and its Episcopal City, a Unesco World Heritage site, Cordes and its medieval city, Monestiés, Vineyard and Bastides Gaillacoises, Lautrec, Brousse le Château, Roquefort, Millau, the Tarn gorges.
