In the distance, the Pyrenees sparkle in the spring over the hills. The peace and quiet is absolute, and you can relax away from it all, just 30 minutes from the City Rose, in a brand-new, well-equipped Holiday cottage.
This region is known as the Pays de Cocagne, a name derived from the cultivation of woad. You can discover this history at Château de Magrin.
During your vacation, don't miss a trip to Albi, the Episcopal city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Carcassonne (a magnificent medieval city), Revel and Saint-Ferréol (the source of the Canal du Midi) in the Mountain Noire, and discover the small villages of character and the Bastides tarnaises.


** LE GÎTE **

Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' home, but without adjoining rooms, with private garden, terrace and access. The Piscine is covered, unheated and shared with the owners. Dimensions 9x4m, depth 0.6m to 1.80m.

First floor:
- living room (TV), large fully-equipped kitchen, shower room with WC, storeroom.

Second floor:
- master bedroom (double bed 140x190cm, baby bed), bathroom (bath, wc).

Second floor:
- attic bedroom, ideal for Kids, with a double bed 140x190cm and two single beds 90x190cm.

    Au pays de Cocagne

    Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Gite agréable, fonctionnel et très calme dans un bel environnement campagnard. La localisation du gite permet de faire de belles et variées découvertes touristiques.

    Une escapade nature et paix

    Nous recherchions un bel endroit au calme pour se ressourcer, nous avons été gâtés! Le gîte est un ancien corps de ferme joliment restaurer et très bien équipé.
    La piscine avec vue sur la campagne environnante vient compléter le décor.
    Le tout accompagné de la bienveillance de Ann et Patrick!

    Gîte exceptionnel

    Gîte niché au milieu de la campagne de Cocagne, au calme absolu.
    Nous avons trouvé que le logement était encore plus joli et plus grand que sur les photos.
    Il est très bien équipé, on peut facilement accueillir une famille nombreuse.

    Très bel accueil avec cadeau de bienvenue. Les propriétaires sont charmants, ils sont régulièrement venus nous demander si tout allait bien.

    L’espace piscine est magique, le terrain de boules est parfait pour l’apéritif avant le barbecue.

    Le seul petit … tout petit bémol que je mentionnerai est une literie moyenne dans la chambre parentale. Rien de bien grave pour une semaine au vert !

    Allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus !

    Dépaysement

    Gîte très confortable, au calme.Ideal pour se reposer.Parfait pour 6 personnes. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants
    Merci encore pour le saucisson excellent et le vin.
    Séjour apprécié aussi par les enfants.
