En Cocagne

The Holiday cottage En Cocagne is located in Magrin, 40 minutes east of Toulouse, in the peaceful Tarn countryside known here as the Pays de Cocagne.

A 10-minute drive from Puylaurens and St Paul Cap de Jeux for shops and services, and only 20 minutes by car from Lavaur and Revel, famous for its Saturday market and Lake St Ferreol for water sports, mountain hiking, picnics and lively restaurants.

Holiday cottage for 4 people (up to 6 with additional sleeping in a bedroom) adjoining the owners' house (to the rear), not overlooked, with garden and private swimming pool (9.5x4.5m, depth 1m to 1.6m). Lovely views of the green hills, the Mountain Noire and the Pyrenees.

The old house has been completely renovated. Access to the garden and Piscine via a small path to the side of the Holiday cottage.
Gas barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, pétanque court at the bottom of the garden.


On the first floor, you'll find the living room with two large comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a TV (access to British channels).
Next to the living room is a "snug", a small room for reading or simply enjoying the view out of the window onto the hamlet square. Two very comfortable chairs and some Chinese furniture handed down from my grandparents.
In the dining room, a large table and 6 chairs in front of the large decorative fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 80cm gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and full set of pots and pans.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms, shower room and separate toilet.
The bedrooms are equipped with new bedding and 100% cotton sheets/duvets for your comfort. Each has a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, chair. Fans available.
The shower room has 2 basins and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 1: large 180x200 cm bed with medium-soft mattress + 80x190 cm sofa bed.
Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90x200 cm + sofa bed 140x190 cm.
