At the gateway to the Tarn, this Holiday cottage welcomes you to Coufouleux, just across the bridge from the bastide town of Rabastens, a city with a rich medieval past on the banks of the Tarn. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site on the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago de Compostela, Rabastens has a charming old town center, shops and a lively way of life. The location is particularly convenient for exploring the area without a car: the Rabastens-Coufouleux train station is just a 3-minute walk from the Holiday cottage, providing easy access to Albi, Gaillac or Toulouse by TER train, with free bicycle transport.

Halfway between Albi and Toulouse, which can be reached in around 25 minutes by car or train, this is an ideal base for cultural visits, urban strolls and escapades in the Gaillac Vineyard. Markets, restaurants and the banks of the river Tarn round off your stay. The Holiday cottage is on the first floor of the owners' home, with independent access. The interior features a bright, functional living room with open-plan kitchen, designed for a comfortable stay for two. The kitchen is equipped with a small oven, microwave, four-burner gas hob, fridge and washing machine, allowing you to organize your meals independently. The Holiday cottage doesn't have a TV, but a wifi connection is available, ideal for staying connected or teleworking. Electric heating ensures comfort in all seasons. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190), and the bathroom has a large shower, toilet and washbasin. Bed linen and towels are provided, and housekeeping at the end of your stay is included, for a stress-free stay.
