Ecolodge Bellevue gîte

The Bellevue ecolodge between City and Countryside on the heights of Albi.

Large, beautiful house built of solid wood (100-year-old Romanian spruce), for 11 people with large private heated swimming pool (Balinese type, measuring 9.5×4.5m and 1.5m deep) and pool house, in a quiet residential district just 5 minutes from the Historical district, Sainte-Cécile Cathedral and the Palais de la Berbie, both Unesco World Heritage sites. Shops, restaurants, Cinema, Theater, train station.... all within easy reach.

The "voie verte" linking Albi to Castres, a former railroad line, is a safe place for jogging and walking, and passes very close by. And don't forget to visit the bastides of Gaillac, the Vineyard of Gaillac, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Lautrec and the Pays de Cocagne...

Ecolodge Bellevue is all about RESPECTING nature, impacting it as little as possible and taking care of it: the whole house is made of untreated wood, rainwater is collected, the heating and cooling system is designed with double-flow VMC fed by a Canadian well in the garden, electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels.

The first floor comprises :
- large living room with lounge opening onto covered terrace, Piscine and garden
- fully-equipped open kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, etc.)
- large bedroom with double bed 200x200
- smaller bedroom with double bed 140x190
- bathroom (corner bath + shower), wc.

Upstairs: 3 further bedrooms,
- large bedroom with bed 200x200
- large bedroom with double bed 160x200 + single bed 90x190
- last smaller bedroom with double bed 160x200
- relaxation/gaming room on mezzanine overlooking living room
- shower room (shower, washbasin), wc.

Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival.
Please bring your own towels and swimming pool towels.
