At the foot of the Mountain Noire, Domaine Hauterive is a manor house set around a courtyard, offering spacious accommodation and the warm atmosphere of a family estate. You're just a stone's throw from the La Barouge Golf course, one of the most famous in the Occitanie region.
Nearby, Mazamet reveals its industrial history and its suspended footbridge linking the medieval village of Hautpoul, offering superb panoramic views. Nature lovers will love the forest trails and landscapes of the Parc naturel régional du Haut-Languedoc, the walks around Lake des Montagnès and the ascent of the Pic de Nore. Castres invites you to stroll along the colorful houses on the River Agout, while the Countryside roads provide easy access to the typical villages of the Tarn and neighboring Aude.

The spacious house is ideal for families or groups of friends. On the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee makers) opens onto a dining room where a large table invites you to share long moments of conviviality. The bright, comfortable living room features an inviting sofa, a TV and a brick fireplace reminiscent of the building's authentic character.
A bathroom with corner bath and WC completes this level.
