Because wines of the future always have a past... Martine and Alain welcome you to Domaine des Guiraudets, at the heart of their winegrowing estate, handed down from generation to generation.

Located in Lagrave, Domaine des Guiraudets offers a peaceful setting in the Countryside. Rooted in gravel and clay soils, cradled by the west and autan winds, this hamlet of a few houses surrounded by vines is steeped in history. Les Guiraudets is likely to have been inhabited for a very long time, as evidenced by the Gallo-Roman remains found next to the hamlet (rim tiles and sigillated ceramics). Over the centuries, the hamlet has been transformed and modernized, while retaining the charm of yesteryear.
Less than ten minutes away, Gaillac unveils its cellars and thousand-year-old Vineyard, while Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, invites you to explore its cathedral and Toulouse-Lautrec museum. The Pays des Bastides and the landscapes of the Tarn are the perfect complement to our cultural and natural discoveries.

The single-storey, self-contained Holiday cottage comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, gas stove, fridge, dishwasher and filter coffee maker. The living area features a fireplace insert, a sitting area and a convivial dining room.
The three single-storey bedrooms are laid out as follows:
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
- Bedroom 3: 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90
The bathroom includes a shower and washing machine, and the WC is separate.

Outside, a private garden close to the pigeonnier offers space for barbecues. Table tennis and table soccer are available, and the presence of animals on site - cats, sheep and a donkey - adds an authentic touch that Kids will appreciate. Parking is directly in front of the Holiday cottage.
