Your vacation in an 18th century manor house The Dadou river is at the bottom of the garden, there's an equestrian center just a few yards away for horseback riding, and a large park of just 1 hectare as a garden. What more could you want for your vacation?

You're in the Centre Tarn region, a stopover between nature and heritage. For history buffs, you'll love the medieval site of Castelroc, 15 minutes from the Holiday cottage, with a visit to the castle.
For waterside walks or water sports, the Bancalié Lake is just 5 km away, with picnic tables, pedalos and canoes for hire, and Hiking trails.


** HOLIDAY COTTAGE **

Semi-detached house, not overlooked. Independent entrance to the gîte and garden facing the park, while the owners have an entrance on the other side with the equestrian center.

Large first floor with entrance:
- living room with lounge, TV and dining area
- fitted kitchen adjoining the living room
- two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm double bed
- a Kids' bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a bunk bed with two single beds (90x190cm)
- bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin
- separate WC and washing machine

A grand staircase leads to the first floor:
- bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room (shower and washbasin)
- separate toilet

Outside: a large wooded park for the enjoyment of young and old. Terrace sheltered by an awning with table and garden furniture, pétanque court and barbecue/plancha.

Private, above-ground 5x3m, 1.20m-high Piscine. The Piscine is heated from early July to mid-September, but remains open and accessible to the less chilly until mid-October.


** ON HORSE
Just a few yards from the Holiday cottage is Les écuries de Marliaves. The owner, Natacha, offers courses for adults and Kids, equine mediation, as well as horseback riding tours of the surrounding area.

** FISHING
At the end of the garden is the Dadou, where you can fish for whitefish and trout. You can store your tackle at the Holiday cottage. Within the property, access to another river with an equipped Beach.
