The small hamlet of Laborie lies in the heart of the Vineyard, at the foot of the hills between Gaillac and Castelnau-de-Montmiral. Marie-France welcomes you to this Holiday cottage on the first floor of an old barn, ideally situated for discovering the riches of the Pays des Bastides and the Vineyard of Gaillac.

You're just five minutes from Gaillac (with all its shops and services), and the bastides of Puycelci, Castelnau and Cordes-sur-Ciel are just a 15-minute drive away.
All year round, live to the rhythm of the Vineyard, meet the winemakers and take part in the many events on offer: Printemps du Gaillac, Fête des Vins in August, Gaillac Primeur in November, etc.

On sunny days, back at the Holiday cottage, you can relax in the Piscine, shared with the owners.



** THE GITE :
On the first floor of an old barn, in a small hamlet typical of the Gaillac region. Access from the covered terrace separating the Holiday cottage from the owner's home. The Holiday cottage is located on the second floor, with access via a staircase inside the gîte.

- Living room with kitchenette, open onto dining room and sitting room with TV. A shower room with toilet is accessible from the living room. Kitchen with dishwasher, mini-oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge and washing machine.
- Two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm double bed, and a private bathroom with toilet.
- A third bedroom with three 90x190cm beds and en-suite shower room and toilet.
- Air conditioning, electric heating. TV with TNT, 18 channels + international.

Outside, Piscine shared with the owners, terrace, garden area. Parking in front of Holiday cottage.
