Domaine de Laprade

A family-friendly Holiday cottage with Piscine, animals and games, just a stone's throw from the most beautiful sites in the Tarn.

At the crossroads of the Pays de Cocagne and the Vineyard of Gaillac, Domaine de Laprade welcomes you to Graulhet, in a warm and lively rural environment. Nearby, don't miss the Jardin des Martels, the medieval streets of Lautrec, the Museums of Castres or the Episcopal city of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Tarn invites you to discover its bountiful nature and remarkable heritage.

This Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house is designed to welcome families and tribes in search of relaxation and sharing. On the second floor, you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, Italian and bean-to-cup coffeemakers), a dining room and a living room with connected TV. A shower room and WC complete this floor. Three bedrooms are spread over two levels:

- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190), located on the 1st floor near the kitchen
- Bedroom 2 (family): 2 double beds 140x190 and 2 single beds 90x190, also on the 1st floor near the living room.
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 140x190, on a mezzanine accessible from the living room

Outside, guests can enjoy two terraces, one of which is shaded by the communal swimming pool (32 m², 1.5 m deep, secured by fencing), with an outdoor bar. The other terrace is on the other side of the house. The shared garden is animated by the presence of numerous animals: dog, cat, goat, sheep, cow, donkey, peacock, parakeet, chickens... A real paradise for Kids!

Leisure activities are at the heart of the experience: ping-pong, trampoline, petanque court, billiards, table soccer, portico, volleyball-badminton net... A dedicated room allows you to get together with friends or family, and an old horse riding arena houses games for young and old. Parking is available right next to the Holiday cottage. Air conditioning and utilities included.
