You can come with your family, friends or colleagues for a weekend, short break or vacation. You'll enjoy wide-open spaces, the Piscine and an enclosed front garden. Two fully-equipped kitchens, two living rooms with fireplaces, 9 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms, 4 separate WCs, 2 garages. Green-up reinforced socket for electric car charging (invoiced on an actual basis).

Ideal for a stay with family or friends, babies and Kids are welcome here and everything has been thought of for them: indoor and outdoor games, cots and high chairs, playpen, deckchairs, etc.

Holiday cottage BRAUCOL sleeps 10. It has a fully-equipped kitchen and dining table.
1st floor: 2 shower rooms and two independent toilets.
2nd floor: TV lounge.
- Bedroom 1: one 90cm bed and 1 60x120cm baby bed.
- Bedroom 2: 140cm bed
- Bedroom 3: one 140cm bed
- Bedroom 4: two 90cm single beds
- Bedroom 5: one 140cm bed, one 90cm bed, and one 70x140cm Kids bed

Holiday cottage LEN DE L'EL sleeps 8. It comprises a living room with small dining table, followed by a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table.
Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, plus a private shower room for one bedroom.
- Bedroom 1: 90cm bed and 60x120cm Baby bed
- Bedroom 2: a 140cm bed
- Bedroom 3: a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed
- Bedroom 4: a 140cm bed and private shower room

The Holiday cottages are adjoining and can be joined by a corridor, offering two distinct living spaces, but allowing several people to get together on a surface area of 360m²!
Private, fenced Piscine at the rear of the house: 4x10m by 1.49m.
You'll also enjoy a pétanque court, soccer pitch, table tennis and table soccer.

Our family home, built of local stone, is located on the Circuit des Bastides Albigeoises, 40 minutes from the Episcopal City of Albi, in the center of the Toulouse, Montauban, Albi triangle.

The deposit will be returned to you once the owners have tidied up the Holiday cottage and noted any damage they may have missed during the inventory of fixtures.
