On the banks of the river, facing the limestone cliffs, the Holiday cottage and its Piscine offer you a vacation in the heart of nature. In the heart of the Aveyron Gorges, Milhars is a flower-filled medieval village in the middle of the Najac, Cordes sur Ciel and Saint Antonin Noble Val triangle.

At Théophile, you'll find relaxation, calm and comfort.

Formerly a cowshed and barn on the farming estate, we've restored it in the traditional way, retaining the charm of the old stones. The gîte is at the end of the road, just a few meters from the Aveyron river. An ideal location for exploring the Bastides Albigeoises, the medieval town of Cordes-sur-Ciel, the village of Najac and its fortress, the Aveyron Gorges route... Don't miss a hike in the wild Bonnan valley, and of course a visit to Albi and its Episcopal City, a World Heritage site.

Detached house close to the owners' home. Sleeps 6, but for family gatherings, my cousin's gîte "Saulieu d'Aveyron" (Ref. G1696 on Gîtes de France), just 800 m away, sleeps 6.

GITE Chez Théophile:

- First floor: large living room with sitting area in front of the fireplace, open kitchen (dishwasher, ovens, kettle, 2 coffee makers, one filter, one pod...), separate toilet, small laundry room with washing machine.

- Upstairs: two bedrooms with double beds (160x200cm) and a third bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm). Bathroom with double washbasin and large shower, separate toilet.

Baby equipment. Electric heating (extra charge in mid and low season). Heated, whirlpool-equipped swimming pool, several bikes + one child's bike available, gantry crane.

Please note: the swimming pool is open from June to September. Please note that these dates may vary according to the weather, so please contact the reservations department.

Important: a maximum of two pets are allowed in the gîte free of charge. Claws and fur are not allowed in the rooms or pool. Please note that we have a friendly shepherd/boxer named Ghost.
