You're less than a 20-minute walk from the sumptuous Cathédrale Sainte-Cécile (13th century) and the gardens of the Palais de la Berbie, ideal for a shady stroll in the heart of the Cité épiscopale. Take the time to visit the Toulouse-Lautrec Museums and Old Alby, including Place Savène, a veritable paradise for the eyes!

- First floor: living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area, 1 bedroom with 140x190cm bed, bathroom with toilet and washing machine, storeroom with recycling facilities. Fully equipped kitchen: kettle, Senseo® filter and pod coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and oven.

- 1st floor: bedroom with 180x200cm bed + 1 Baby bed, two bedrooms with 140x190cm beds and bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. New bedding, purchased in 2022.

- Outside: garden with lawn area, dining area under the pergola with electric barbecue. You'll appreciate the 6-seater Spa around a wooden terrace with benches, chiliennes and deckchairs for lounging.

Free parking for 2 cars in front of the house, otherwise free nearby parking and street parking. Reinforced socket for electric vehicles available.


A welcome booklet is also at your disposal in the accommodation, listing all the must-see places to visit in the City and throughout the département, as well as all the region's Hiking trails and swimming spots. You'll also find a list of local shops within a stone's throw of your rental property.

As far as restaurants are concerned, you'll be given a small but interesting selection of our choice on arrival.
