A small, well-designed Holiday cottage, to enjoy both the Countryside and the immediate proximity of Albi, on the edge of the Tarn valley.

At the gateway to the Tarn Valley, between Saint-Juéry and Les Avalats, the Chemin du Rousset leads to a hamlet appreciated for its calm and natural environment. This privileged location means you can reach Albi in just a few minutes, and still enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A hiking trail passes in front of the Holiday cottage, offering direct access to the banks of the Tarn and the area's typical landscapes.
During your stay, you'll be able to discover the Episcopal City of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, the Palais de la Berbie and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum.
This small, single-storey Holiday cottage, converted into a semi-detached house, comfortably accommodates up to three people. Access is via a gentle ramp leading directly to the terrace, making it easy to set up and transport luggage. The interior spaces are designed to make your stay simple and pleasant:

The Holiday cottage is air-conditioned thanks to a reversible air-conditioning system, ensuring optimum comfort all year round. Baby equipment can be supplied on request.

Outside, you'll find a garden with several play areas, including a boulodrome, a swing and a playground for Kids.
