In the foothills of the Tarn mountains, a pretty wooden Holiday cottage with, weather permitting, a lovely view of the Pyrenees. Wooden Chalet 100m² close to the owners' house, independent, with garden and terrace.

Ideal location for discovering all the region's tourist attractions: Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, Cordes-sur-Ciel, a medieval city not to be missed, Ambialet, its meander and the Tarn valley, the Arifat waterfalls, the Sidobre and its granite, the Roquefort cellars, the Millau viaduct....
Closer to home, the Bancalié and Razisse lakes and numerous Hiking trails.

Large living room with sitting area (tv, convertible sofa), dining area, fully-equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms, each with private shower room (shower, wc) and 140x190cm bed.

Mezzanine with sofa bed, 2 verandas with library, board games.
A third BZ bed (on the mezzanine) can be provided on request by telephone before your arrival, for an extra charge of €30 per stay.

Boules pitch in the shade (boules and molki available), ping-pong table.

Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning service included.
Heating: pellet stove, average consumption: one bag per day in very cold weather, payment at the end of the stay based on actual consumption at €7 per bag.
An approved electric counter will total up the Kwh consumed for electric vehicle recharging only. Payment will be made at the end of the stay on the basis of 0.26 € per Kwh.

Holiday cottage classified as a Fishing Accommodation by the Fédération Nationale Fishing. The Bancalié Lake is less than 3km away, where you'll find carp (night fishing), predators, zander, pike and black bass. Fishing tackle, small fridge and live-bait tank on site. The owners are connoisseurs of good fishing spots.

Pets: only dogs allowed, no cats.
