At the foot of the Mountain Noire, this Holiday cottage enjoys a privileged natural setting, close to Hautpoul and its famous footbridge offering a unique panorama of the Arnette gorges. Mazamet's industrial heritage makes it an attractive place to visit, while Castres invites you to stroll along the houses on the River Agout and discover the Goya Museum. Nature lovers will appreciate the trails of the Pic de Nore, the Lake des Montagnès or the forests and rivers of the Thoré valley. And why not take a trip to the nearby Mediterranean beaches?

The Holiday cottage, located on the first floor close to the owners' house, features a bright living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senséo), a dining room with a large table and bar area, and a living room with a Canal +-connected TV and a small library. A shower room with WC completes the space.

The accommodation comprises three bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1, two 90x190 single beds
- Bedroom 2, a 140x190 double bed with en-suite shower room (and a 90x190 bed)
- Bedroom 3, one double bed 140x190 (and one bed 90x190)

Outside, you'll enjoy a private, enclosed garden, a terrace with parasol and electric awning overlooking the garden, and a private heated swimming pool (8x4.5m, 1.30m deep) open from May to mid-September, secured by a lockable manual roller shutter.
On the ground floor, a room with table tennis, badminton and washing machine is also available. Private parking on site.
Pets are welcome here, even dogs have their own dedicated Swimming area.
