Castel Mazars - le gîte 4 personnes

In the Pays des Bastides region, Castelnau-de-Montmiral is a medieval hilltop town classified as one of "France's most beautiful".

The view from inside the village justifies this impression of an impregnable fortress. Its typical architecture, arcaded square and pillory bear witness to a history and heritage that is still very much alive.
With its trails and panoramic views over the Forest de Grésigne, it's also a paradise for nature lovers. Once an impregnable fortress, this village is now a haven of peace whose charming central square is car-free.

** HOLIDAY COTTAGE **
Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house, located in an annex with independent access. Castel Mazars is a Holiday cottage (ref. G1899 - sleeps 6).
- Open-plan kitchen with bay window. Equipment: small dishwasher, mini-oven combo, fridge-freezer, kettle, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, 2 hotplates and microwave.
- Living room with comfortable sofa bed, dining table and TV. From the living room, shower room with washing machine, shower, washbasin and separate toilet. Between living room and kitchen: 3 steps.
The bedrooms are upstairs, air-conditioned, each with private shower room and toilet.
- Chambre Aster with two 90cm beds (or 180cm bed),
- Pastel room with two 90cm beds (or 180cm bed).

Outside: barbecue area, plancha and table in front of the Holiday cottage. Around the house, 2 hectares of garden/land shared with the owners and their horses. Petanque court next to the parking lot, at the entrance to the property.
Heated Piscine below the house, shared with the owners and occupants of the room if rented.
Dimensions: 8x6m with roller shutter, 0.60 to 1.70m deep.
Extra bed available on request.

On-site owners' dogs: bichon and cairn terrier.
Nadine and Philippe own horses, which you may come across during your stay. If you'd like to bring your own horse, it's possible!
