Situated in the heart of the Ségala region, close to the Viaur valley and the Aveyron river, in an unspoilt rural setting, the Holiday cottage Pax welcomes you in a peaceful atmosphere with an unobstructed view over a one-hectare meadow, the Mountain Noire and, on a clear day, the Pyrenees.

Nestled in a lovingly restored old farmhouse, Maison Pax comfortably accommodates 6 guests in a warm and welcoming setting, combining authenticity and modernity. Fully air-conditioned, with double glazing and electric shutters, the Holiday cottage offers optimum comfort while preserving the soul of the building. The noble materials chosen create an elegant, cocooning atmosphere, enhancing privacy and soundproofing.

Committed to a responsible approach, Pax is powered by 9 kW of discreetly integrated solar panels, enabling sensible consumption of air conditioning and hot water. Bamboo fiber mattresses ensure a healthy night's sleep, while the fenced-in green space, irrigated by a well, invites you to relax. Just 4 km away, shops and a Monday organic Market complete the practical setting.

On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter and Nespresso coffee-maker...) extending onto a terrace ideal for summer meals (plancha available). A small TV lounge and bathroom with bath and WC complete this level.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one spacious with a 160×200 bed, the other more intimate but equally comfortable, also 160×200. A bathroom with shower and WC is also available.
The top floor features an attic bedroom perfect for Kids, with two 90×200 beds and room for a baby bed.
On-site, enjoy a heated swimming pool (14×6 m, 25°C min), shared with another Holiday cottage. Boules pitch, mini-football, ping-pong table and nearby Hiking, mountain biking and horse-riding trails.
