At an elevation of 600 meters, between Brassac and Lacaune in the heart of the Sidobre Massif, the weather is pleasant, the landscape is lush and green, and you can relax in peace and quiet. Right next door, in the village of Brassac—whether you’re an athlete or just enjoy unwinding after a game—the village spirit runs deep. Here, any occasion is an excuse for a moment of camaraderie. From the holiday cottage, set out to explore the Sidobre, the lakes and forests of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park, or the charming villages of the Tarn. Castres and Albi welcome you with their rich heritage: the Goya Museum, the Sainte-Cécile Cathedral—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum… The region offers the perfect blend of nature and culture.

A stone semi-detached house in a small hamlet, attached on one side only, with the other side opening onto the garden. Ideal for 4 people thanks to its 2 bedrooms, but can accommodate 1 additional child.

Ground floor:
A living area with a wood-burning stove, a sitting area, and a well-equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave). A laundry room with a washing machine rounds out the amenities.

Upstairs:
Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a 140x190 double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. An additional single bed on the landing, suitable for a child.

Outside:
A pleasant garden, accessible from one of the bedrooms or via a small outdoor staircase. There you’ll find a stone barbecue, a table made of local granite, and patio furniture—perfect for meals or relaxing.
