This privileged location makes it easy to discover Castres and its rich heritage, with its Museums, the famous houses on the Agout, its lively cultural life and the unique atmosphere of match days for fans of rugby and the Castres Olympique. From the Holiday cottage, set off to explore the Mountain Noire, its deep forests and its lakes, the Riquet channel, which supply water to the famous Canal du Midi. And don't miss a trip to the Sidobre granite massif, with its rocky heaps and enormous, spectacularly shaped granite blogs, the source of many legends. Crossing the Mountain Noire, you can also reach Carcassonne and its famous medieval city, which can be seen in the distance. Mazamet, with its industrial past, and the Pays de Cocagne, the historic birthplace of pastel, are also close by, for an immersion between nature and culture. The house is built on one level, with a very large basement. The first floor features a bright living room with sitting area, TV and large dining table, opening onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. The three bedrooms each have a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a shower room and separate toilet. Outside, the garden is divided into two distinct areas: a lawn at the front of the house and a large garden at the rear where the 10 x 5 m private swimming pool is located, with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.7 m. The terrace offers a direct view of the lake. The terrace overlooks the Piscine and features a sheltered outdoor dining area with garden furniture and plancha, ideal for enjoying the warm weather.
