Gllum is cool breakfast is served in our dining room, with a breathtaking view of the Tarn River. Home-made jams and yoghurts, pastries, toast, and why not crêpes or pancakes prepared by Guylène. Apple juice from Vergers du Bosquet, coffee, tea, hot chocolate from Maison Richard, seasonal fruit...
We also offer a table d'hôte dinner, based on local produce and respecting the seasons, at an all-inclusive price of €26/person.

Originaires de l'Aveyron, nous avons travaillé pendant plus de trente ans dans notre restaurant parisien. Dans cette jolie adresse au coeur de Paris, nous mettions à l'honneur les produits de notre terroir aveyronnais.
Nous avons souhaité nous lancer dans un nouveau projet, le partage et la générosité étant au coeur de notre façon de vivre, c'est tout naturellement que nous avons voulu créer nos chambres d'hôtes. Et c'est avec plaisir que nous continuons à recevoir et cuisiner pour nos convives.
