Private 5x4m, 1.40m-deep saltwater Piscine (flat bottom), garden, two terraces, one of which is covered (pool house), boules court.
Garden furniture, round Weber® barbecue, plancha and deckchairs.

The Holiday cottage features a large living room with open-plan kitchen, dining table and lounge area with TV and board games, close to the bay window.
* Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso® filter and pod coffee maker, slicer, mixer, refrigerator with freezer compartment.

Three bedrooms (two 160x200cm beds and two 90x200cm single beds - which can be twinned to form a 180x200cm bed), bathroom with double washbasin and shower, separate WC.

Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Enclosed garage for one car. Two adult bicycles are also available.
