Nestled in the heart of the Clauzes estate, the spacious Holiday cottage "Clos des vignes" is an invitation to relax and unwind. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it comfortably accommodates 6 people and offers a warm, authentic setting in the Countryside, 15 minutes from Albi.

Designed to accommodate 4 to 6 people, with a Piscine shared with the second holiday cottage (2–4 people), our family-friendly holiday cottage, located 10 minutes from Réalmont and 15 minutes from Albi—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—offers spacious, light-filled rooms designed to combine comfort, warmth, and functionality. It is the ideal starting point for exploring the Tarn region, its charming villages, its hiking trails, and the rich culinary traditions of Occitanie. Nearby, Lake Bancalié invites you to enjoy beautiful walks in any season, surrounded by nature and serenity.

It features two bedrooms upstairs that can accommodate 4 to 6 people:
- a first bedroom with a 160×200 double bed
- a second bedroom that can accommodate up to 4 people, with two 140×200 double beds (plus two 90×190 single beds if needed).

On the ground floor, the living room and dining room are perfect for spending time together and relaxing, while the spacious, fully equipped kitchen will delight food lovers (refrigerator-freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher...).

For your convenience, the beds are made on arrival. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linens are provided.
Families with infants are welcome: an Umbrella bed with a mattress and sheets is provided, and a high chair and baby bathtub are available for your use.

The holiday cottage also offers an outdoor ping-pong table, books, and board games for relaxing moments with family or friends.
You’ll enjoy a large terrace with a barbecue and a spacious garden, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing in the shade of the vineyards.

A shared Piscine (8 x 4; depth 1.50m) is available on sunny days, allowing you to fully savor the Southwestern lifestyle.
