Au Domaine des Clauzes : Clos des Vignes

Nestled in the heart of the Clauzes estate, the spacious Holiday cottage "Clos des vignes" is an invitation to relax and unwind. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it comfortably accommodates 6 people and offers a warm, authentic setting in the Countryside, 15 minutes from Albi.

Designed to accommodate 4 to 6 people, with a shared swimming pool, our family-run Holiday cottage, located 10 minutes from Réalmont and 15 minutes from Albi, is a UNESCO World Heritage site, offering generous volumes bathed in light, designed to combine comfort, conviviality and practicality. It's the ideal starting point for discovering the Tarn, its picturesque villages, its Hiking trails and the rich gastronomy of the Occitanie region.
It has two bedrooms for 4 to 6 people:
- a first bedroom with a 160×200 double bed
- a second bedroom for up to 4 people, with a 140×200 double bed and two 90×190 single beds.
A 2-person 140×200 sofa-bed can accommodate two additional people.

The living room and dining room invite you to share and relax, while the vast, fully-equipped kitchen will delight meal-lovers (fridge-freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher...).
A bar area completes this cosy living space.
For your convenience, beds are made on arrival. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided.
Families with babies are welcome: cot with mattress and bed linen provided, high chair and baby bath available.

A ping-pong table, books and board games are also available outside for relaxing moments with family or friends.
There's a large terrace with barbecue and a spacious garden, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing in the shade of the vines.
A shared swimming pool (8.00 x 4; H 1.50m) is available in fine weather, so you can fully enjoy the art of living in the South-West.
Last but not least, nearby Lake de la Bancalié invites you to enjoy nature and serenity all year round.
