In the heart of the Gaillac Vineyard, 15 minutes from Albi and Gaillac, come and experience the atmosphere of a winegrowing village, in this warm and comfortable Holiday cottage.
The winegrower owners will be delighted to share their passion with you (visit the winery and vineyards). The Holiday cottage is less than 5 minutes from the A68 motorway, making it an ideal base for visiting the bastides and hilltop villages of this Occitan Tuscany. Less than 10 minutes away is the Port d'Aiguelèze, where you can take the Tarn waterways to beautiful Albi, or go canoeing or boating without a license.



** HOLIDAY COTTAGE **
The Holiday cottage overlooks the courtyard, with the village school just opposite.

The Holiday cottage is on the first floor, opposite the owners' house, accessed by an outside staircase.
Living room with dining table, sofa bed and TV.
Kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, Senseo® filter and pod coffee maker, toaster.
Two bedrooms, each with 140cm bed.
Bathroom with shower and single washbasin. Separate toilet and washing machine in hallway.

Outside: you can park your car in the owners' courtyard. Small garden on the right with barbecue, but you can access the back of the owners' courtyard.

Heating not included, to be paid on site at time of inventory.
