The Holiday cottage Aigrette Garzette is located at the port of Aiguelèze, halfway between Albi and Gaillac, where you can rent a boat without a license, sail down the river Tarn to the Episcopal City, a UNESCO World Heritage site, or enjoy a glass of Gaillac wine! The Port d'Aiguelèze has two restaurants, an inflatable water and land playground in summer, canoe and paddles for hire, and the Golf Club d'Aiguelèze just 800 m away... There's no shortage of nature-based leisure activities.


** HOLIDAY COTTAGE **

Semi-detached house less than 50m from the port of Aiguelèze. A first terrace in front of the Holiday cottage allows you to enjoy the rising sun while sipping your morning coffee. A gate closes the access.

The living room is equipped with air-conditioning:
- sitting area with sofa and TV
- fully-equipped open kitchen: oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave.
- Separate WC

Access to first floor via spiral staircase:
- two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed and dressing room, opening onto the terrace at the rear of the Holiday cottage
- a third bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and en-suite shower room with double basin. View of the port.

Outside: a second terrace/garden is located at the rear of the house, in a totally enclosed area with plancha and garden table. Part of the façade is unoverlooked, as it is the rear of the neighboring house. Roller blind for this second terrace to enjoy the sun at the end of the day.
