A fully air-conditioned apartment for 4-5 people - 2 bedrooms - garage - Piscine - In the heart of Albi. A haven of peace, close to pedestrian zones, shops, restaurants and cinemas, as well as Parc Rochegude (listed as a Remarkable Park in the Occitanie region). Behind the façade nestles a magnificent, totally unsuspected garden.

On the second floor of this recently renovated historic building dating from 1760, ideally located in the Cordeliers cultural district, a 5-minute walk from the Historical district, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a bright 85 m² apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people. For the 2-person, one-bedroom version, look for reference "G1173", Agranat.

The fully air-conditioned apartment comprises a large living room (35m2) with fully-equipped kitchen, two bright and spacious bedrooms (15m2 each), served by a corridor, and a shower room with toilet.
The first is equipped with a 160x200cm bed, the second with 2 90x190cm beds. If required, a fifth extra bed (80x190) is available for a child under 10.

Garden of 700 m² enclosed by walls. In addition to the Piscine, you'll find a cool arbour surrounded by bamboo and equipped for your moments of relaxation, not to mention a stone barbecue. In addition to the arbour, you can also use the terrace at the bottom of the Holiday cottage to enjoy your meals on the table that's always at your disposal.

Shared Piscine (10x4.5m), heated and salt-treated, with Kids Beach, available from May 30 to September 27.

All-inclusive Holiday cottage: bathroom linen, household linen and towels provided. Bed linen provided must not be used at the Piscine. End-of-stay cleaning is included.

A washing machine and dryer (shared with the owners) are available on the ground floor for stays of at least one week.

This Holiday cottage is ideally located in the heart of the City for a quality cultural and relaxation program. A family suite for 2 to 4 people (2 bedrooms) located on the same floor in the other wing of the house can also be made available to accommodate a total of 8 to 9 people (Reference G2402).
