Just 800 m from the village of Saint Amans-du-Pech, there are plenty of walks and local farmers' markets where you can sample our delicious local produce. A must for your next vacation!

The apartment is on two levels. On the 1st floor, a living room with sitting area, dining area and fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer). A corridor leads to 2 bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 Bunk beds, 1 shower room, 1 WC, 1 laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer). On the first floor, via an internal staircase, a large living room with sofa, BZ, 2 armchairs, games table and benches), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160, 1 shower and 1 washbasin. Additional WC in the corridor. Wifi in Holiday cottage. Two single-storey terraces, one overlooking the Piscine and the other the kitchen, ideal for breakfast and lunch. Garden furniture and plancha for each terrace. Bathroom linen, bed linen and household linen included in the price. Winter heating included. Fenced grounds. Enclosed private parking. Air-conditioned accommodation. Sauna and Jacuzzi available for adults. ATTENTION THE JACUZZI IS CLOSED FROM 30/09 TO 30/04.

A relaxation area is available, including a Sauna and hot tub. Please refer to the house rules for usage guidelines.
Hygiene rules must be followed.
You may use these facilities from the time of your arrival until the day before your departure; the relaxation area closes at 6:00 p.m. on the day before departure.

GENERAL RULES:
1. The Wellbeing Area is open from the start of your stay until 6:00 PM on the day before departure (when the property inspection takes place and the area closes).
2. Access to and use of this relaxation area is strictly reserved for guests.
3. Kids under 16 are not permitted, nor are those aged 16 to 18 unless accompanied by an adult.
4. The Wellbeing Area is designed for rest and relaxation; please respect the premises.
5. Eating and smoking are prohibited inside.
6. Outdoor shoes are not permitted in the Wellbeing Area.
7. We reserve the right to deny entry to the Wellbeing Area if these rules are not followed.
