The apartment is on two levels. On the 1st floor, a living room with sitting area, dining area and fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer). A corridor leads to 2 bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 Bunk beds, 1 shower room, 1 WC, 1 laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer). On the first floor, via an internal staircase, a large living room with sofa, BZ, 2 armchairs, games table and benches), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160, 1 shower and 1 washbasin. Additional WC in the corridor. Wifi in Holiday cottage. Two single-storey terraces, one overlooking the Piscine and the other the kitchen, ideal for breakfast and lunch. Garden furniture and plancha for each terrace. Bathroom linen, bed linen and household linen included in the price. Winter heating included. Fenced grounds. Enclosed private parking. The relaxation area closes at 6 p.m. the day before your departure. 3 Access is forbidden to Kids under 16, unaccompanied by an adult. 4 The Wellbeing area is designed for relaxation, and we ask you to respect the premises. 5 Eating and smoking are forbidden inside. 6 It is forbidden to enter the area in street shoes. 7 We reserve the right to forbid entry to the Wellbeing area if the rules are not respected.
