In the heart of the small hamlet of "Les Gardios", with an outdoor area allowing complete independence, the Pigeonnier has been given a contemporary extension to create a spacious and very comfortable vacation home. A lovely grassy area with flowers in front of the gîte terrace ensures peace and quiet.

On the first floor, an attractive living room with built-in kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, Senseo soft pods), dining area in front of the bay window, sitting area (2-seater sofa, 1 armchair, flat-screen TV), corridor leading to a shower room with toilet (washing machine), bedroom (1 double bed) and small sitting area for reading and TV (flat-screen) with sofa. On the first floor of the pigeonnier, a sleeping area (1 bed 0.90). Tiled terrace with electric blind, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, masonry barbecue, large plot of land in front of the Holiday cottage. Sheets and towels optional. Air-conditioning.
