You will be the sole occupants of this air-conditioned holiday cottage (at no extra charge). Each unit has its own air conditioning system. The indoor unit is located in the main room of each unit.
You’ll have access to:
- two living areas located on the same landing on the first floor (a loft for 4 people and a studio for 2 people)
- a garden with trees
- 5 terraces, 3 of which are covered
- a 5-person Spa (from early June to late September)
- an outdoor pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.5m) that is unheated but has a covered shelter
- a private, enclosed parking area

The loft includes: a living area with a kitchen (built-in appliances: dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and freezer), a living room with a fireplace insert, 2 sofas (TV, DVD player), and a dining area (table and 6 chairs); a utility closet (washer/dryer combo), a separate half-bath (hand-washing sink and wall-mounted changing table); a bedroom (1 160-size bed, walk-in closet with private bathroom [1 sink, shower]), and a bedroom (2 0.90-size beds that can be pushed together, walk-in closet, and private bathroom [1 sink, shower]). This unit opens onto a covered terrace furnished with a garden table, 6 chairs, an electric grill, 2 armchairs, 1 coffee table, and a bench. On the upper level, accessible via a spiral staircase, there is a mezzanine with a Kids area featuring a bookshelf, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, and a desk.
On the same landing, you’ll find the studio, which includes: a living area with a kitchen (built-in LL MO appliances, refrigerator, and freezer) and a living room (TV); a separate toilet (with a sink); a bedroom area (one 160-bed, walk-in closet), and one private bathroom. Wi-Fi is available in both units.
Bathroom linen, including a bathrobe, pool towels, and household towels, is provided and included in the price. Meter readings are taken only for heating; there is no additional charge for air conditioning.
