If you want to get together with family or friends, or celebrate an event in an exceptional setting, the hamlet of LOU PAPAGAI is the ideal place to do so, in an unspoilt environment. The 2 gîtes are located on either side of the large indoor swimming pool, on the heights of ST ANTONIN NOBLE VAL, with magnificent 360-degree views. The largest gîte is an old building totally renovated with taste, aesthetics and functionality, and the second is the former sheepfold with its huge covered terrace. An address not to be missed in the Aveyron gorges.

In the 1st building, you'll enjoy this lovely, fully renovated stone house with, on the ground floor, an entrance hall giving access to a living room with lounge (2 3-seater sofas on either side of a wood-burning stove, 5 armchairs, coffee table, TV, DVD player, Satellite), kitchen (built-in units LV, MO, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, 2 ovens), dining room with large table and 16 chairs). Access to laundry room (tumble dryer and washing machine), large cupboard in entrance hall. 1 ground-floor toilet with hand-washer and towel dryer. 2 wheelchair-accessible bedrooms: 1 with a 140x190 bed, the other twin with either a 160x200 bed or 2 80x200 beds. In the second building, the former sheepfold (called La Volière), with additional capacity for 8 people, with: kitchen (MO, LV, 2 fridges, freezer, washing machine), dining/living room for 8 people, 1 twin bedroom (2 beds 90 or one bed 180), with private shower room and toilet. Upstairs: 1 double bedroom (1 bed 160), 1 twin bedroom (1 bed 180 or 2 beds 90 which can be brought together, 2 bunk beds), 1 shower room shared by both bedrooms with WC. Large covered terrace with pizza oven and barbecue, table and chairs for 23.
Enclosed Piscine (security gate) 10 x 4 with shelter to extend the swimming season. Pretty grounds surrounding the Holiday cottage. Parking in front of Holiday cottage and electric charging station. Secure bike shelter.
