First floor: kitchen with fireplace (LV, LL microwave, gas stove with 3 gas burners + 1 electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, espresso percolator, coffeemaker), living room (1 sofa, table (12 pers.), chairs with fireplace), 1 Bunk beds 0.80, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 each), 1 Kids bedroom (2 bunk beds and 1 bed 0.80), 1 bathroom, 1 separate wc. On 1st floor, 1 bedroom (1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (0.80cm)) with private shower room and wc. 2 terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, ball games and badminton.

Flat-rate cleaning charge of €50, and supply of bed linen and towels (€5/person), 60% of electricity consumption during heating periods.
