Entirely on the first floor, the accommodation comprises a living room with a sitting area (1 sofa, 2 armchairs, TV), a dining room, and a fitted kitchen with integrated units (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator). A step leads to a storeroom with washing machine. A corridor leads to the three bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 x 160x200 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 x 0.90x200 beds), a shower room with bath and shower, 2 basins, and a separate toilet. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Lawn fenced on 3 sides, 700 m2. Garage 30 m2. Wifi throughout. Heating surcharge for periods requiring it (on meter reading) - Bed linen, bathroom linen and household linen supplied included in the price (excluding professional bookings). Air-conditioned Holiday cottage. Cleaning package (100€) compulsory for business customers + Bed linen renewal (comforter cover, pillowcase and fitted sheet) every 15 days for long stays (15€/bed). No towels for companies. No sleeping on sofa in living room.

Invoice for 1 cleaning every 15 days and replacement of bed linen.
A second gîte is opposite on the other side of the cul-de-sac, making it possible to reserve both accommodations for a large family.
