The house comprises a living room with a kitchen area (built-in units oven washing machine dishwasher fridge gas hob microwave), a dining area (table and chairs) and a relaxation area in front of the fireplace (sofa, armchair, TV). A corridor leads to two bedrooms: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), access to another bedroom by a step (1 bed 160), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. Wifi in the gîte limited to 8 GB (via satellite). Terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Large garden in front of the gîte.
The owners live on site, but have created an independent access path and a private outdoor space, notably for the terrace and garden.

NN Un gite bien à l'écart
La maison est située en hauteur de Saint Antonin Noble Val, bien isolée et au calme. On est bercé par le chant des criquets et le béement des moutons.
Les appareils ménagers sont neufs, la literie est bonne.
Il manque un peu de place pour ranger le linge dans les chambres.
La robinetterie de la douche est trop faible.
Et comme dans beaucoup de location, pour un logement à 4, 4 transats et non 2 seraient appréciés :)- Cleanliness
