The first floor is a cool space in the warmer months, with a vast open-plan kitchen and a living room/office with an imposing fireplace. But the main living space is the large private covered terrace of over 30 m², with views over the park and its majestic cedar tree. The 3 spacious bedrooms are located upstairs, each with its own bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The shared 13 x 6 m swimming pool, protected by an electric curtain, includes a large staircase accessible to children, a play area and a 2 m pool. It also features a dovecote typical of our region. The 170m² house is equipped to comfortably accommodate 6 adults and up to 4 Kids and 2 babies.
