So well placed between Montauban and Toulouse, near the Canal des deux mers, here's a new gîte that's both functional and pleasant thanks to its spacious first floor. The former stable has now been converted into accommodation, making it an ideal vacation base for exploring the Tarn et Garonne and Haute Garonne regions. So when you come home after a few delicious tours, you can enjoy a lunch under the pine trees in this large wooded park. The outdoor spaces are shared with another gîte, but are large enough to make the most of the site.

Ground floor: living room with dining area, lounge and kitchen (gas stove with hob and oven, tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge, freezer), lounge area with sofa and armchairs. TV. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with 1 bed 140, (bathroom with wc )private to the bedroom. One bedroom with 2 beds 0.90 (with en-suite bathroom and toilet). TV in each room. No wifi. Bed linen provided and included in the price. No towels. Outside area: large fenced garden with trees. Shared garden furniture and barbecue.
