Entirely on the first floor, you enter into a hallway leading to a kitchen (fitted with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, hob, central island with possibility of seated meals with high stools (6 stools)), a living area comprising a dining area (table and chairs) and a lounge (corner sofa, coffee table, TV, Bluetooth speaker, books). 3 good-sized bedrooms, each with 1 bed 180/200, a private shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and toilet, storage space). A spiral staircase gives access to the office, fully equipped for Telework, with connected screen and bench seat. Fiber-optic Wifi throughout. Linen supplied (bed linen, toilet linen and household linen) included in the price. Piscine towels. High chair and Umbrella bed available if required. Fully air-conditioned and naturally scented. Depending on the season, fruit can be picked from the private orchard.
