The Friends’ House is designed to be your vacation retreat, as rustic as *Little House on the Prairie*: this is how you’ll discover this new brick-and-stone home, surrounded by a shaded park, with its large terrace overlooking the countryside, hills, and woods. Landscape stretching as far as the eye can see. Inside, with its loft-style layout, the living area features a charming vintage decor that blends seamlessly with the antique terracotta tiles and exposed wooden beams. Antique furniture and decor, along with woodwork in maple, walnut, and pine, all contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere. After 5 steps, you reach the covered patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. You then enter the living area, which features a sitting area (two-seater sofa, two armchairs, TV, DVD player, wood-burning stove) and a kitchen area that flows into the dining area with a table and chairs (refrigerator-freezer, microwave, oven, range hood, and glass-ceramic cooktop). A separate bedroom furnished with a Bed 160 x 200, bookshelf, and storage space. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and washing machine. A separate toilet. Access to a loft via a Japanese-style staircase secured by a gate (sleeping area: 140 x 180). Wi-Fi in the unit. Reversible air conditioning. Bed linens and bathroom linen provided, included in the price. The surrounding property is not fenced, but there is a large private outdoor area for guests. Firewood available upon request in half-stère quantities for the stove. Carport.

The property is surrounded by about 30 hectares of organically farmed land (mainly hay). There is no car traffic, as it is located at the end of a cul-de-sac; the small paved road gives way to a dirt path (the starting point for many hikes). The owner lives about 20 meters from the Maison des Amis.
