Like an ode to pictorial art, this comfortable family home offers you a country vacation in the shade of the acacia trees, surrounded by a large garden that provides the peace and quiet you're looking for. Take a stroll in the first rays of sunshine, then relax in the former artist's studio at the games table, or curl up on the sofa to read one of the novels in the large library. The interior is so spacious that everyone can enjoy a quiet space in the living room, the studio or simply in the kitchen, preparing some grilled meats, which will no doubt be enjoyed together around the big table... What a program!

Two steps lead up to a lovely terrace that extends the living space, creating an additional convivial place to relax or share a meal al fresco. This terrace gives access to the covered balet, equipped with garden furniture and a Forge Adour plancha, ideal for summer meals. From here, you enter the large dining room, furnished with a large table, comfortable chairs and armchairs, then the living room with a corner sofa, armchairs, TV and hi-fi system. Two steps down, the fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, fridge) opens onto the garden through a large bay window, allowing you to enjoy your meals in a quiet, tree-lined setting. A corridor leads to a bathroom with shower, bath and bidet, and a separate toilet. Two steps lead up to the first bedroom, equipped with a 160 cm bed. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed. At the rear of the house, from the kitchen to the gaming room, a large petanque court runs alongside the building, providing an ideal leisure space as an extension of the terrace. The gaming room/library, accessible via the garden or a staircase behind the living room, has a shower room with WC and a mezzanine with a 160 cm bed. Bed linen, towels and household linen are provided. Wifi throughout. Large wooded park. Fully air-conditioned accommodation.

For nature lovers, La Maison de Guite is located in Cordes Tolosannes, on the banks of the Garonne, in a Natura 2000 area. Several kilometers of hiking trails allow you to enjoy lush flora and fauna.

Mountain bikers and trail runners will find kilometers of high-quality trails and training areas.

Montauban, Beaumont-de-Lomagne, Moissac, Auvillar and their typical markets are just 25 minutes away. Just over an hour away, you can discover exceptional sites such as the Aveyron Gorges, Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, Caylus and Bruniquel.
