CHARMING GITE WITH SWIMMING POOL Between Bordeaux and Toulouse, the Métairie du Pigeonnier inspires you to relax and unwind. Comprising 2 Holiday cottages (4 épis), the property has preserved all its authenticity and quality comfort. In the heart of the Tarn-et-Garonne region, just a few kilometers from Montauban, the Métairie du Pigeonnier is a typical, atypical address. This 19th-century property extends over two hectares and comprises two Holiday cottages: "l'Arratz", which can accommodate up to 6 people, and "le Pigeonnier", which can accommodate 2 guests. The "l'arratz" and "le Pigeonnier" gites are completely independent, each with its own private swimming pool. 30 minutes from Lectoure, at the foot of the Quercy region, the Holiday cottage l'Arratz offers 3 large bedrooms and an exclusive Piscine. Larger than the pigeonnier but just as authentic, the Holiday cottage l'Arratz is a 120m2 house with three bedrooms. A master bedroom with 180cm bed, independent bathroom with 100x140cm shower and free-standing bathtub; a 2nd bedroom with 160cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90cm beds, with shower room on the shared landing. It is air-conditioned. Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided. L'Arratz is the name of the river that runs through the village, where you can go to soak your feet, or make a small mill. The heated swimming pool with heat pump is reserved and exclusive for this Holiday cottage, size 4 x 10. Wifi is available throughout the park, and by the pool. This pool is heated from May to September inclusive, and has a large beach and relaxation areas with colorful cushions, as well as deckchairs. The first step of the staircase is very wide and shallow, making it easy to lie down or accommodate a child. A wooden lounge pergola with mattress invites you to take a siesta, while a Bali-style pergola with mattress and cushion gives you a feeling of exoticism and travel. The park is planted with many fruit trees, including peach, apricot and fig... There's plenty of shade and islands of coolness. In high season, we allow our guests to help themselves to their own pies. A private Sports hall on the property is reserved for the 2 Holiday cottages, featuring a treadmill, bike, mat, ... with a TV to watch while you work out. The room is air-conditioned or heated by a reversible heat pump. Electric cars can be recharged in the private parking lot, with special Green Cube charging stations. Visitors can stroll through the local markets, such as Auvillar, one of France's most beautiful villages, or along the Canal du Midi. Private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, lounge area, outdoor sofa, parasol and deckchairs, and outdoor Balinese bed. Private green space. Private heated Piscine and trampoline, 1-person extra bed if required. BB bed and chair available. End-of-stay cleaning package.
