A spacious and comfortable interior
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large, covered private terrace. There you’ll find sun loungers and wooden patio furniture where you can enjoy meals in the shade in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The bright and welcoming living room is furnished with three comfortable sofas. A flat-screen TV, a DVD player, board games, and a selection of books are available to enhance your stay.

On the ground floor, a spacious bedroom with plenty of storage space opens onto a small private terrace.

Upstairs, an attic bedroom—equipped with a large closet, a dresser, and an armchair—offers a pleasant view of the surrounding Countryside.

An additional bed for one person is available as an option.
Upon your arrival, the beds will be made so you can enjoy your stay right away.

The separate toilet is located on the ground floor.

The holiday cottage is also close to the Base de loisirs des Trois Lacs in Monclar-de-Quercy and the Vallée des Loisirs in Lafrançaise.

The owner also offers a second rental property, the Gîte de Courtau – Côté Forêt, with a similar capacity. The two holiday cottages are completely separate, with no neighboring buildings in sight, and each has its own private outdoor area.
