The Holiday cottage is located in the Countryside, in a wooded area in the center of the Tarn-et-Garonne region, offering a wide range of activities. In LAFRANCAISE 10 mn from the gite : shops, Base de loisirs, with its Lake, its sandy beach for free swimming, its AQUAPARK, free pedal boats (on reservation), free water playground, playground in the undergrowth, accrobranches, tennis court, waterside guinguette. In MOLIERES, 10 minutes from the gite, you'll find shops, the MALIVERT Lake with its white sandy beach (the water is classified as a PAVILLON BLEUE), games for Kids and a small restaurant, so you'll have a great time.

Ground-floor apartment: living room (1 sofa, 2 armchairs, TV) with open-plan kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed, 1 x 90cm bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 1 shower room with WC. Private terrace with garden furniture. Communal areas: courtyard, parking lot, barbecue, access to a shaded play area for Kids (swing, table tennis, trampoline...) and picnic table in the oak wood. Price includes: wifi internet access, bed linen, towels and household linen.
