This apartment, entirely on the 1st floor, comprises a kitchen (built-in units, MO combi oven, fridge, 2-burner induction hob), 1 living room bedroom (2 beds 80x200 that can be combined to make a 160 cm double bed), a shower room with toilet. Access to an outdoor area with summer kitchen, plancha, fish pond and garden furniture. Shared laundry room on first floor (freezer, washing machine, ironing board and iron). Access to two terraces around a fish pond.
