Surrounded by 11 hectares of woodland, the sumptuous pink-brick façade unmistakably evokes the region’s iconic building material. Inside, the very spacious rooms invite you to enjoy the property—relax in the living room, cook in the large kitchen or the pantry, and appreciate the cool, comfortable bedrooms with their well-chosen bedding. The best part, of course, is discovering the Piscine at the back of the building. This new accommodation is in a prime location—perfect for a true vacation in southwestern France or a weekend getaway!

On the first floor, accessible via a striking staircase, the living areas are all on one level. The entryway leads to two bedrooms (each with a 160-cm bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. From this entryway, you pass through the spacious living room—equipped with a TV and video projector (3 sofas, coffee table)—followed by a small reading nook (3 armchairs). A large dining room opens onto a kitchen with built-in appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop). A long hallway leads to two bedrooms (each with a 160-bed), one bedroom with bunk beds, a laundry room (washer and dryer), and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and two sinks.
On Level -1, the utility kitchen is equipped with a sink and refrigerator. Electric grill only. Bathroom linen and bed linens are provided and included in the price. Wifi Internet is included. Outdoor furniture (table and chairs) is available under the arbor at the back of the kitchen.
