The house has 3 levels: On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to a large hallway with a bedroom (1 bed 160), a billiard room with sofa, a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, sink), 1 toilet. On the 1st floor, via an inside and outside staircase, you'll find an attractive hallway leading to a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, large worktop, cooking hob), a dining room, a living room (sofa, TV), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 0.90cm bed) with its own bathroom and toilet. On the 2nd floor, a large corridor leads to 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160cm bed, and 1 x 0.90cm bed in one of the 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and wc. 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 0.90cm bed and en-suite shower room and wc.
Living room and summer kitchen with table, chair and plancha. Enclosed private Piscine with alarm 10x5, maximum depth 1.80 m, which can be heated. Access from the Piscine to a toilet and shower room in the outbuilding. Approval garden. Paved courtyard. Wifi with fiber throughout the accommodation.
