Once you've climbed the stairs to the 2nd floor, then to the 3rd floor for the new Bed and breakfast, the horizon opens up with an exceptional view of the Aveyron valley. From the balcony, you can see the Château de Saint Martin Laguépie. From the first-floor terrace, set on a promontory overlooking the Viaur, let your gaze take in the natural surroundings. The center of the village of Laguépie is 150 m from the house. A real car-free break, if you wish. Shops, services, 2 weekly markets and the Beach are all just a few steps away! Laguépie is at the heart of many tourist attractions: Najac, Cordes sur Ciel, Saint Antonin Noble Val, Albi... The train station in the village makes getting around quick and easy. The owner offers table d'hôtes by reservation only.

On the 2nd floor, the Aveyron family room comprises 2 bedrooms, with a bathroom accessible to both. The 1st bedroom includes: 1 bed 160, wardrobe, console with TV, two bedside tables, courtesy tray. The 2nd bedroom has 2 beds (0.90cm) close together, a console with TV, two bedside tables, closet and herbal tea area (senseo, kettle, cold drinks). The shower room (Italian shower, 1 washbasin with cupboard, hairdryer) is shared by both bedrooms.
On the 3rd floor, you'll find the brand-new Viaur room in a vintage-industrial style, with 2 beds 0.90 close together, TV cabinet, courtesy tray with small fridge and air-conditioning. Private bathroom with hairdryer, towel dryer, shower, washbasin and toilet.
