For Christmas, long vacations or short breaks, this beautiful, comfortable house, with its wooded grounds hiding a huge heated Piscine and a Spa sheltered under the old barn, is like a haven of peace where you won't want to leave...Quite the contrary: we love the family spirit found in its generous rooms, a gaming room where young and old alike will find their nugget, the living room where the fireplace will warm your moments of relaxation in comfortable sofas, the independent rooms named after the fruit found in the park; and finally this huge awning which houses a real summer kitchen but also its Spa, a toilet, and a shower room.... Behind the door of this place where meals and evenings are prolonged, the heated swimming pool beckons you either for endless laps or to soak up the sun on the superb summer beds... Fruit trees and a variety of plants punctuate the landscaped grounds. What more could you ask for than to spend a few days here? Please note that the entrance via a large gate is totally enclosed. A must-see!

2 entrances are available: either via the old awning or via the original entrance which opens onto a hall with a toilet and washbasin, and storage space. This entrance leads to the gaming room, which features Kids and adult games and an upright piano. This hallway leads to a living-dining room opening onto the kitchen. Living room with fireplace, 3 sofas, TV, coffee table, dining room table with bench and chairs, opening onto the open kitchen which is equipped with integrated units (oven with steam, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, induction hob). A second door leads to a totally independent bedroom with 1 x 160 x200 bed, and a private shower room with toilet. The vestibule entrance, under an awning equipped with shoe racks and checkroom, leads to a large laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and extra refrigerator.
A staircase leads up to the 1st floor, where a reading area leads to 3 bedrooms: the "Kaki" bedroom with 1 x 140 x 200 bed, desk and storage space, the "Figue" bedroom with 1 x 160 x 200 bed opening onto a dressing room and bathroom (2 basins, walk-in shower, wc), and the "Poire" bedroom with 2 x 0.90 x 200 beds and storage space. A landing leads to 2 further bedrooms, each with 1 bed 140 x 190, a bathroom and separate wc shared by both bedrooms. 50 m2 summer kitchen with large table, chairs, barbecue, pierrade, shower room, wc and 6-seater Spa. From this covered area, you have access to the park with its heated Piscine (May to September) 5 x 10, 1.10 to 1.80 deep, gently sloping and equipped with a motorized rigid cover. At the poolside, you can play a game of pétanque on the dedicated court, while the Kids go on the swing. The park features a number of fruit trees and various shrubs, including a rare cedar (three hundred years old) for guaranteed shade.
